Hi, I’m Laurie-ann!

I am a Life Coach, Workshop Facilitator and host of the Sisterhood Podcast.

As a young woman, I felt all my emotions so deeply. I didn’t understand them, let alone know how to use them as a gift, instead of feeling like they were a curse. Through my 20’s, into my 30’s, I dove deep into personal development, spirituality, emotional intelligence and had the deepest, most meaningful conversations.

To my core, my purpose has always been to share my past and current experiences so that no one ever feels alone in the experiences they are in.

I started a coaching practice so that I could guide women (men are welcome too) into making they mental and emotional health a top level, code red priority. We cannot bypass the inner work. We cannot ignore negative feelings. We are living, breathing, FEELING human beings. We are born with emotions and live in a contrasting world that gives us a lot to feel and respond to.

Through my digital workshops, and podcast, you will learn that you are not alone. I will show you how to experience mental, emotional, and spiritual freedom and also trust that you are on the right path, even when it doesn’t feel like it.
